That may be use for contact purposes of the child or the application use for creating the autogenerated username and password to use our app.

The app is collecting the device token for sending the notifications. That can be controlled by the user if the user doesn’t want to have the notification from the app. But as it is mandatory to keep the notifications to take the regular updates from the school.

SHARING INFORMATION

The app is not sharing the information to any kind of third parties or no any promotions or such kind of things. The user information belongs to school only.

SECURITY

We have uncompromising security measures in place to prevent you from any harm, loss, misuse on the basis of information provided by you. In any case if the app credentials lost by the user then it will be autogenerated again on the request of the parent to the school premises. There is no any feature to change the password or app credentials from the app itself.

We believe that you are using our services with free will and have agreed to our policies with informed consent. Once you will get the app and credentials you may have to use the app flawlessly and can get the updates regarding homework, notice board, attendance , leave request all in one place.

USER DATA DELETION POLICY

The user can request to delete the data at any time. The user needs to mail on the hmpublicinercollegejamalpur@gmail.com for any kind of query. For deletion of data , he may request us on the above email with subject “Delete My Account” and your account will be deleted within 24-48 hours.
